At Mantascape Diving, we’re committed to providing every guest with a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable diving experience in Nusa Lembongan. To ensure that your booking process and diving activities run smoothly, please take a few moments to review our booking terms and conditions below.

These terms are designed to help both you and our team maintain clear communication, ensure your safety, and manage expectations for all diving activities, courses, and other services offered.

GENERAL POLICY

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Mantascape Diving.

Once we receive your booking request, our team will confirm your spot based on current schedules and dive site conditions.

 

Certified divers are required to present their valid certification card and logbook during check-in. If you are joining a beginner program, such as a Discover Scuba Dive, certification is not required — our professional instructors will guide you through all necessary steps.

Every diver and student must complete a medical questionnaire and sign a liability release form before any in-water activities. This ensures that you are physically fit to dive and understand the nature of scuba diving activities.

Please make sure to arrive on the island  [Nusa Lembongan, not Nusa Penida] at least one day before your scheduled diving day to complete the check-in process at our dive center.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your online booking.

Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received. The remaining balance can be settled upon check-in at our dive center, either in cash, by credit card (there will be a 3% surchage)

Please note that card payments may include a small processing fee. All payments should be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and exchange rates may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure your spot on the boat and your preferred dive schedule.

Weather & Sea Conditions

All diving activities are dependent on ocean and weather conditions, which can change unexpectedly.

Safety is our top priority — if conditions are deemed unsafe, we reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alternate the dive-sites.

 

If a dive trip is cancelled by us due to weather or safety reasons, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

In cases where certain sites, such as Manta Point, are not suitable due to big waves & strong winds, we will go towards alternative dive sites on the same day.

Please understand that ocean conditions are beyond our control, and our dive leaders will always prioritize your safety and comfort.

Health & Safety

To participate in diving activities, you must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could affect your safety underwater.

If you have any medical concerns, please consult a doctor before booking or bring a medical clearance form with you.

 

A minimum 24-hour surface interval is required before flying after diving to reduce the risk of decompression sickness.

 

Our team reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit to dive, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or shows unsafe behavior during the trip. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all guests on board.

Equipment & Responsibility

We take great care in maintaining our equipment to the highest safety standards. Please handle all diving gear with care and follow the instructions of our staff when using it. Any damage or loss caused by misuse or negligence may result in replacement charges.

 

Divers using rental-equipment are fully responsible for the proper care and handling of that equipment during all diving activities. Any loss or damage, however caused, will be charged accordingly.

For minor damage (such as scratches or small wear), charges will cover the cost of repair or maintenance.
For major or massive damage—including flooding of regulators, BCDs, or dive computers, or any damage that renders the equipment unsafe or unusable—the diver will be charged the full replacement value of the affected item.

Any equipment loss caused by the diver will be charged at the full replacement cost, or at the spare part cost if only a partial loss occurs.

Mantascape Diving and its staff are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or personal-owned equipment before, during, or after diving activities. We recommend that all guests handle both rental and personal gear carefully and check all equipment before use.

Courses & Training

If you are enrolling in a dive course, please ensure that you have sufficient time on the island to complete all required sessions.
Each course includes specific theory, confined water practice, and open water dives. The exact schedule may vary based on conditions, student progress, and instructor recommendations.

 

Students must complete all course requirements to qualify for certification. If additional sessions or training days are needed to meet certification standards, extra fees may apply. Our instructors will always communicate clearly about your progress and any additional arrangements.

📸 Photos & Media

During your dive experience, our guides or photographers may take photos and videos to capture your underwater adventure. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms.

If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform our team before the dive begins — we completely respect your privacy.

We also offer photo packages by our professional underwater photographer for guests who wish to take home memories of their dives.
