Together with your instructor, you will review the basic theory of diving, progressing to assembling your scuba equipment and reviewing the practical skills in our private pool.

Certified Diver that haven't been diving for a year or more

In good physical health, check and complete the medical statement
The refresher course required for any certified-diver who has been out of the water for longer than a year prior to taking another dive course or going out on fun dives.
If you have dived in the past 12 months but you need a confidence boost, then you are also welcome to join our refresher course to brush up on the essentials.
