booking terms
To confirm an online booking, a minimum deposit of 50% per person is required. Bookings are not confirmed until we have received the deposit.
If no confirmation of payment is received, we reserve the right to release the booking.

The remaining balance for online bookings must be paid in full on the check-in day, which is the day prior to the scheduled diving activities. This ensures a smooth check-in process and allows us to finalize all necessary preparations for your dives.
For walk-in customers, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot - you also will need to check in the day before of diving activities. We don't offer same-day / morning walk-in booking due we need to prepare the necessary preparations for the diving trip in advance.

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled diving activities. Date changes are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We use WISE as our main payment method for the deposit, which is a website that specializes in cross-border payment transfers. Wise works for many countries and you can easily set-up a profile quickly and you can send the money from your own currency towards IDR with a low-fee.

We have set up an account with Instapay, a secure online way of paying with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, and JCB) with 2,5% surcharge from the platform.

With this easy method, we will send you an e-invoice link with a PAY NOW button to place your secure online deposit to confirm your booking.
refund policy
our deposit is non-refundable
At Mantascape Diving, your safety is our top priority. Our team carefully selects dive sites each day based on ocean conditions to ensure the best and safest experience. If your preferred dive site is not accessible due to weather conditions, we will alternate towards another suitable dive site. As long as we can provide you with an alternative dive site, no refunds will be given - as the diving trip will not be cancelled. The final decision regarding dive site selection or trip cancellation is made by our experienced dive staff and boat captain.
The dive site that is weather-dependent is Manta Point and the East Coast dive-sites, as it can be affected by ocean conditions (wind and waves).
However, usually if Manta Point is not available due to weather conditions, we will still proceed with alternative dive sites on the North Coast, where the conditions are typically more stable. The north coast is not impacted by the larger waves from the Indian Ocean, so it’s a great backup option. In case we are unable to travel towards Manta Point or East Coast, we will refund the additional fuel surcharge that you have paid on check-in day to visit this certain dive-site. This way, even if Manta Point is not available, you will still have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic diving experience.
What happen if I have to cancel my trip?
We understand life can be unpredictable, so we're happy to help you in any way.

Our rescheduling policy offers you complete flexibility for an entire year. By notifying us 48 hours in advance of your diving activities, you can enjoy a 1-time reschedule. If you inform us less than 48 hours before the diving activities, unfortunately we don't offer any refund or reschedule due to everything is organized for you.

If reschedule is not the option, and you have a travel insurance and wish to claim your insurance, we will be more than happy to provide a letter of cancelation.
